On January 24, 2022, communities in Almeria, Biliran commenced the construction of their 720 sq. meter isolation facility worth Php 12 Million.
One hundred seventy-two (172) families under the Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) program received assistance amounting to PHP 15,265,000.00 from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 5 on December 28-29, 2021 in Camarines Sur.
Eleven families experienced a more joyous Christmas as they were sent-off to their home provinces through the Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
On December 6-7, 2021, the DSWD’s BP2 Program dispatched 11 families composed of 43 individuals to their respective provinces. One family went home to Ilocos Sur; four families returned to La Union; and six families went back to Iloilo.
CAGAYAN VALLEY – Fifty Nine (59) sub-projects are set to be implemented this year in the municipalities of Sta. Maria, Sto. Tomas, Isabela and Calayan, Cagayan, with a total estimated project cost of ₱47,416,886.
ISABELA – Eight (8) families in the municipalities of Tumauini, Ilagan, San Mariano, Cauayan, Roxas, and Sta. Maria, Isabela received Livelihood Settlement Grants (LSG) amounting to Php 50,000 each from the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Program on November 12, 2021.
