DSWD Field Office X disbursed 17,165,994 pesos worth of support packages to 209 family beneficiaries of the Balik-Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa Program (BP2P) in Northern Mindanao.
A quarantine facility that doubles as an evacuation center was recently turned over by the DSWD Field Office MIMAROPA to the residents of Brgy. Adela, Rizal in Occidental Mindoro. The facility was built under DSWD’s Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan - Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) program.

With an aim to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, Pandan, Catanduanes transformed the seashore park into a temporary isolation facility through the Additional Financing project of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS).
A total of six (6) community sub-projects worth Php 9.5 million were recently turned over to the Municipality of Ginatilan, Cebu, by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to address issues on health and sanitation in the area.
