Lubuagan, Kalinga, Cordillera Administrative Region- Under the leadership of P/Lt.Col. Jeffrey B. Vicente, Personnel of Philippine National Police 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company lent their hands in the manual hauling of materials for the construction of the Makilo Water System, a community sub-project of Brgy. Mabongtot in the Municipality of Lubuagan.

The municipality has been experiencing non-stop rain in the past few weeks causing disruption in the physical completion of the sub-project. With the community volunteers and personnel of the 2nd PMFC, the Area Coordinating Team took advantage of the good weather last January 28, 2022. Since the said community is only accessible through footpath, it talk them two hours of walk carrying the materials to the community. The sub-project aims to provide potable water to the 154 households and improve water sanitation that aims to directly contribute to the decrease of disease caused by unsafe water supply.

Volunteers from the PNP wer very happy to help in the completion of the sub-project for the development of the community, especially after seeing how far it was. Brgy. Captain Balceda Magmoyao also expressed his gratitude to all the volunteers who contributed greatly in ensuring that the sub-project will be completed in time. With their unity and participation, the sub-project was able to attain 51.30% of its physical accomplishment within one day.
